Myeloma
Myeloma is caused in the plasma of the bone marrow. Plasma consists of red blood cells, platelets, and white blood cells and the plasma cells are a type of white blood cells that make antibodies. Cancer in the bone marrow can damage it making the antibodies work in the opposite way.
